Colbrow Medics is currently recruiting professional first aid and medical personnel who are available Saturday and Sunday on a regular basis.
Established
in 2006, under the auspices of Colbrow Healthcare, Melbourne's first
nursing agency, Colbrow Medics has a proven track record in the
provision of reliable and professional Event First Aid Medical Services
to a large and wide variety of community, sporting events, venues and
festivals throughout Australia.
Qualifications Required:
• Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 3) (or higher) OR
• Provide First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and Tertiary studies in a healthcare discipline
• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• Recent Pre-Hospital Care Experience
• Own vehicle

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently

Availability:
• This position requires staff to be available on a regular basis every Saturday and Sunday
• We have provisions in place to allow healthcare students to attend their assigned clinical placement hours as required
Equipment:
Medics are required to use their own (approved) first aid kits and diagnostic equipment. Equipment such as portable oxygen units, defibrillators as well as vehicles will be provided by the company as required.
