Remuneration: Package $70 - $80k THE COMPANY The Client provides private ambulance and paramedic support to events staged by the Corporate Sectors and well as having one of the countrys best First Aid Training Institutions, focussing on an improved standard of education and professional development in the areas of pre-hospital health care, basic and advanced life support and first aid. THE ROLE • Ensure all requests for training and medical support are met; • Ensure the highest standard of operations readiness of vehicles, equipment and staff; • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001; • QA at events attended; • Develop policies and procedures in consultation with the M.D.; • Develop, implement and maintain a services operational manual; • Recruit, interview and induct staff; • Conduct in-service training and assessment for staff. THE CANDIDATE • Certificate IV Workplace Trainer/Assessor; • Previous relevant vocational / industry experience; • Previous experience in training and/or assessing.; • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
