We are seeking Call takers who have a good understanding of handling critical data, have a great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The roles are to commence immediately and will require availability over the Easter period.
Duties will include:
- Answering and responding to calls
- Data Entry of critical data
- Liaising with Medical Professionals
- Working closely with Medical professionals
- Ability to liaise at all levels
- Follow-up on logged calls
- Conference callsCandidates with a background working for the Emergency Services, Locum Services or Nursing Allocations will be highly regarded, or alternatively paramedic students who are looking for work around their University commitments.
