First Aid Medics / Officers

First Aid staff required for various organisations and events across the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Ideally you will obtain the following:

• Apply Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 3)
OR
• Apply First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and Tertiary studies in a healthcare discipline
• Experience preferred & own vehicle a must

Events include:
• Local Councils
• Sporting Clubs
• Community and dance events
• Fundraisers and elderly citizens functions
• Corporate family days and functions
• Schools
• Worksites

Equipment
We require medics to use their own (approved) first aid kits. Equipment such as O2 and Defibrillators will be provided by the company when required for events.

Our People:
• All First Aid Medics must be accredited with a minimum qualification of Apply First Aid (Level 2 equivalent). O2 and Defibrillation certificates and/or training are desired.
• Other desired skills/qualifications include anaphylaxis management, asthma management, experience in spine lifting & moving and the use of neck collars.
