Excellent Pay + BenefitsTRS's client, a leading Gold Mine in Western Australia, is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Advisor to join their team.

This position is offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth. Excellent on-site accommodation and facilities are provided, alongside a market leading salary package and benefits.

The successful applicant will have:
At least 2 years remote underground mining experience
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
Nursing or paramedic qualifications or similar
Advanced first aid/life support skills
A background in OH&S training
Underground Mine Emergency Response Team experience
This position is responsible for safety and induction training and Emergency Response Training and coordination. The successful candidate will carry out safety audits and inspection to support leaders in maintaining a safe working environment as well as providing immediate first aid treatment in the event of injury or illness on site.

You will also be responsible for coordinating injury management, return to work programs and workers compensation case management.
