Please Note:- Paramedic graduates and Intensive Care Paramedics are also encouraged to apply – please refer to relevant Statement of Duties. Fixed term employment may be offered. Multiple vacancies are available.

Duties: Provision of pre-hospital care and the transport of patients by Ambulance or other means.

Desirable Requirements - Drivers Licence

Essential Requirements -
Holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science and relevant work experience or other qualification approved by the Service.
Current Drivers Licence

The Commissioner has determined that the person nominated for this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
1) Conviction check in the following areas: a) Crimes of violence; b) Sex related offences; c) Serious drug offences; d) Crimes involving dishonesty; and e) Serious traffic offences.
2) Identification check.
3) Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
