Occupational Health and Safety Advisor [Paramedic ]

My client is a major Underground Gold mining company in WA, and is currently seeking an OH&S Advisor with a minimum 2+ years in an UG environment.

This is a very Safety focused site, which makes your role here both very important and also a bit easier. They have a fantastic track record and look to maintain this.
There is a current team of 5 in safety at the moment and you would be reporting to the HSE Manager and alongside 3 other advisors.

You will be tasked with safety training and induction, as well emergency response coordination. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through safety checks and audits of the UG environment.

To be considered for this role you will have a Diploma in OHS and a certificate IV as a minimum. Ideally you will come from a medical background (Paramedic or Registered Nurse) and be the 'whole package' when it comes to a safety professional.
