DescriptionThis new position is for an experienced on road ACP Paramedic with proven remote experience, to work as the dedicated Paramedic at our camp in the Surat Basin, Qld. This position is FIFO working 2/2week rotations.
Reporting into the clinical team leader the responsibilities of this role include:
Providing primary healthcare services to the standards set out by International SOS policies and procedures
Provide initial emergency response where required
Performing health monitoring as required as per contractual agreements
Administering drugs and immunisations as per Medical Director instructs
Diagnosis and treatment of non emergency medical conditions
Required work experience and qualifications:
Formal Qualification in Paramedical studies
Extensive relevant experience as an acute care paramedic
Strong emergency and advanced life support skills - ALS Certified
D&A Certification advantageous
Strong clinical skills and remote emergency experience
