Event Medics, Paramedics & Nurses

Established in 2006, under the auspices of Colbrow Healthcare, Melbourne's first nursing agency, Colbrow Medics has a proven track record in the provision of reliable and professional Event First Aid & Medical Services. Servicing a large and wide variety of community, sporting events and festivals throughout Australia.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 3) (or higher)
• Experience Preferred
• National Police Check (recent)
• Working With Children Check
• Cat 3 Medical (desired)
• Available 4-5 days, Monday-Friday 15:00-19:00 (primary) & 06:00-1000, as well as weekends
• Melbourne CBD locations

Events include:
• Local Councils
• Sporting Clubs
• Community and dance events
• Fundraisers and elderly citizens functions
• Corporate family days and functions
• Schools
• Worksites / Construction
• Film & Television Productions

Equipment:
We require Medics to use their own (approved) first aid trauma kits. Equipment such as portable oxygen units, defibrillators, vehicles and signage will be provided by the company as required.

Our Medics must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent and confident decision making ability
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Good observation skills
• Ability to cope under stressful situations
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Excellence in customer service
