First Aid Medic - Regular Monday to Friday Shifts in Melbourne

Established in 2006, under the auspices of Colbrow Healthcare, Melbourne's first nursing agency, Colbrow Medics has a proven track record in the provision of reliable and professional Event First Aid & Medical Services. Servicing a large and wide variety of industry, community, sporting events and festivals throughout Australia.

We are currently seeking a new Medic to join our team to attend regular week day morning shifts for the next 12 months. The successful applicant will also be offered a wide range of additional shifts on a casual basis each week.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Required:

• Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 3) (or higher)
• Pre-hospital Care Experience Preferred
• National Police Check (recent)
• Working With Children Check
• Cat 3 Medical (desired)
• Available minimum four days per week, Monday-Friday 0600 - 1000hrs (essential)
• Ready to work in Melbourne CBD and inner metropolitan locations

• Industry
• Sporting Clubs
• Government Organisations
• Corporate clients
• Schools
• Worksites / Construction



Our Medics Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent and confident decision making ability
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Good observation skills
• Ability to cope under stressful situations
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Excellence in customer service

Applicants with previous experience as a State Ambulance Service Paramedic, Volunteer Ambulance Officer, Registered Nurse, Patient Transport Officer, First Responder or Combat Medic are strongly encouraged to apply
