Based at our Koolyanobbing Mining Project, working a 9/5 roster you will report directly to the HSET Superintendent.
Your role will be responsible for the provision of both Emergency Response and Paramedic Treatment. As well as providing injury treatment and management, an essential part of your role will be actively promoting, participating and educating the site emergency response team.
Your experience in emergency management will see your practical skills and knowledge applied in responding to and directing the site emergency response team, developing and delivering emergency response programmes and training activities.
Qualifications required to be successful in this role include:
Industrial Paramedic qualification or similar.
Significant Emergency Response and Rescue experience and competency.
Minimum Licence Requirement: MR (Medium Rigid).
Desirable Qualifications and Attributes:
Broad range of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining environment.
Cert IV Trainer Assessor.
Demonstrated Leadership experience.
Motivated, self starter with a high level of communication skills both in the written and verbal.
Competent in computer use and Microsoft office suite of programs.
