The College of Health & Biomedicine is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Associate Professor who will make original and innovative contributions to the advancement of scholarship, research and teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Paramedic Sciences discipline.
The appointee will be a recognised leader within the Paramedic Sciences area and will be required to make outstanding contributions in teaching and research. This position will liaise with the accrediting association (CAA) professional boards (PA), (NAPA), (ACP) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to ensure the overall accreditation of all paramedic programs within the College of Health and Biomedicine.
Specifically, the appointee will have teaching expertise in the discipline of Paramedic Sciences, and have attained recognition at a national and international level in their discipline, particularly through a strong record of research publication. In addition, interested applicants will possess a high level capacity for team management, the development of future strategic directions and partnerships for industry engagement.
