We currently seeking expressions of interest for motivated and experienced Rescue Paramedic that possesses communication, customer service and leadership skills to join our growing team. You will be joining a company that is focused on outsourcing exceptional health and emergency response services and providing a turnkey solution for employers and organisers in managing onsite medical and emergency response risks.

You will be reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager and provide on-site medical and emergency response to incidents for a wide range of clients both in South Australia and interstate.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
Relevant qualification as a Paramedic

Relevant qualification in emergency response and rescue
Has strong interpersonal, influencing and organisational skills and build positive working relationships at all levels
Be willing and able to work autonomously
Have significant experience and successful record of on-site emergency response services, particularly within a construction, mining or industrial context.
Have experience in the provision of on-site emergency response including safety promotion and prevention activities.
Have a proven ability to manage and maintain emergency resources (vehicles, stock first aid equipment etc.) and audit records in accordance with industry standards.
Have a sound understanding of occupational health, safety and welfare legislative and policy requirements.
Provide or be willing to obtain site specific qualifications such as White Card, Certificate III Mine Rescue, Certificate IV Firefighting Supervision, Certificate III Firefighting Operations, or units of competency such as Work safely at heights, Vertical Rescue, Confined Space, Breathing Apparatus, Hydraulic Rescue, Aeromedical Evacuation etc.
Provide or be willing to undergo site specific medical clearance and drug and alcohol testing.
Be willing to travel and work flexible hours on a roster system including FIFO.

Ideally, you will have a moderate level of personal fitness with the ability to work at heights and in confined or enclosed spaces. You will have demonstrated experience in building and managing effective work relationships and interpersonal skills within a construction, mining, defence or similar context. Highly developed communication, organisation and leadership skills. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be desirable..
