Reporting to the Security Operations Manager you will be responsible for the promotion and delivery of best practise First Aid services to Crown patrons, employees and contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all services offered are compliant with legislative requirements and Crown Health and Safety standards. Using your technical expertise, industry experience and relationship building skills you will also work to optimise First Aid outcomes at Crown by offering advice and support to a broad range of stakeholders.
People management is a critical component of this role. You will lead a team of 10 First Aid Officers and will be responsible for their ongoing training, development and performance management. As such you must motivate and lead a team in a manner that champions our service values and promotes continuous improvement.
What you need:
· Relevant industry experience in both clinical and training fields
· Emergency trauma experience
· Proven leadership and supervisory skills
· Experience implementing processes and reporting on progress
· Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
· Ability to influence and build relationships
· Motivation and commitment to improving customer service
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
· Certificate IV – Basic Emergency Care and Level 3 First Aid Certificate
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment an advantage
· Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
