We have casual positions available for Registered Nurses and Qualified Paramedics to work with us on New Years Day, with casual event work available ongoing.
This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare staff to work in the challenging and fast paced environment of mass gatherings and pre-hospital care.
Colbrow Medics Healthcare Professionals are deployed to work in large teams with mixed skill sets including experienced Doctors, Paramedics, Nurses, Medics & Support Staff.
Registered Nurse - Qualifications/Skills Required:
Completion of a hospital Graduate Program (essential)
Recent Emergency or Critical Care Experience
National Police Check (recent)
Working With Children Check
Registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
Qualified Paramedic - Qualifications/Skills Required:
Completion of a Statutory Ambulance Service Graduate Program (essential)
National Police Check (recent)
Working With Children Check
Events include:
• Music Events
• Extreme Sports Events
• Public Events
• Film & Television Productions
Our staff must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent and confident decision making ability
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Good observation skills
• Ability to cope under stressful situations
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Excellence in customer service
Shifts are available via our EOI rostering system based on your availability.
Healthcare Professionals currently or recently working in hospital or ambulance environments are encouraged to apply.
