We are seeking a team of passionate and energetic educators to join our team of game changers who are disrupting the first aid industry! We have an awesome crew of 30 legends who are all here to make a difference and share in the companies success.
So what are we looking for?
Full Time Educator x 1
So, what do you need to join our movement?
If applying for Full-time you must be available to work 38 hours across weekdays, weekends and after hours.
Travel + Laptop
Although our HQ is located in Pakenham as a Trainer you will travel near and far to workplaces and conduct onsite training so its important you have a reliable car that is big enough to carry multiple bodies aka manikins! You will also need a laptop - mac is preferred!
Certificate IV in Training + Assessing
In order to be an educator with Hero HQ you must obtain your Cert IV. This is at a cost to you. Although you do not need this before starting with us you are required to have it within an allocated timeframe of commencement.
Medical Experience
Medical experience is preferred.
