The Opportunity
St John Ambulance is now looking for an experienced senior manager to join and lead our organisation in the Mid-West region.
In this Geraldton based role you will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery to the community offered by the organisation. The Regional Manager will work alongside government and private health agencies to develop and monitor KPI's focussed on achieving the organisations goals.
You will lead a diverse team whose responsibilities are aimed at improving the emergency healthcare in country Western Australia. The team will include paramedics, volunteer ambulance officers, first aid trainers, retail officers, and administrative staff that are located throughout the Mid West region. Due to the varying sub-centres the Mid West region consists of, the successful applicant will have an expectation to travel regularly throughout the region.
